Refund Eligibility:

Once the Umrah program has been executed, we regret to inform you that refunds will not be provided for any unused services or portions of the package.

Changes and Cancellations:

1. Cancellation Timeline:
   Cancellations must be requested within 7 days after the reservation date to be eligible for a refund. Any cancellation requests received after this period will not be considered for a refund.
2. Refund Conditions:
   If hotel accommodations and flight tickets have been booked as part of the package and a cancellation is requested beyond the 7-day window, no refund will be issued. This applies regardless of the reason for cancellation.
3. Modification Requests:
   Changes to the reservation, including date changes or alterations to the itinerary, may be accommodated subject to availability and approval by MyUmrah. However, please note that modification requests may incur additional charges.
