3.2. Package prices are subject to change without prior notice. We will communicate any changes to the price before a booking is confirmed. All prices are quoted in the currency specified on the website at the time of purchase.

3.3. A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid by the specified due date, as stated in the booking confirmation.

3.4. Once a booking is confirmed, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided during the booking process.

4. Payment Terms

5.4. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable time frame, subject to any processing fees or applicable exchange rate fluctuations.

6. Travel Documents and Visas

6.1. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that you possess all necessary and valid travel documents, including a valid passport, visa, health certificates, and any other required documentation.

6.2. We can assist with visa applications; however, we do not guarantee visa approval. The final decision to grant a visa rests with the relevant authorities.

6.3. Any costs related to visa rejections or the failure to secure necessary travel documents are your sole responsibility.
